Capture every lead from your stand at Christmas Party World.

Festive party nights in Hall 1 through December, alongside the exhibition halls. StandProof turns a photo of a visitor badge or business card into an enriched, scored lead at NEC Birmingham, without renting the organiser’s hardware.

The floor

What Christmas Party World is like to work.

The UK’s largest exhibition venue: twenty halls on one campus, a railway station and an airport, and a calendar that never really stops.

At the NEC the halls are bigger than the signal. Engineering shows run alongside lab and metals expos on one badge, then the consumer shows arrive for Christmas. Either way, the queue at the stand is where leads are won or lost.

No handheld to rent

You do not need the organiser’s scanner at Christmas Party World, or the queue to collect one.

Works in a dead-signal hall

Leads save on the phone and sync the moment the signal returns.

Scored before you leave

Companies House data, website summary and an ICP score on every record.

CSV before the doors close

Export the whole show from the NEC and hand it to sales the same evening.

How it works

Three steps from the aisle to a scored lead.

  1. 1

    Set the show up

Name the event, add NEC Birmingham and your stand number, and set the customer profile you are hunting for. Two minutes, once.

  2. 2

    Photograph the badge

Point the phone at a badge or business card. The details are read into the form for you to check, then saved with one tap — even with no signal.

  3. 3

Follow up while it is warm

Every lead is enriched and scored, so the hot ones surface first. Export as CSV or work the follow-up list from the dashboard.
