A note on our name

StandProof was previously ScanIQ

If you came here looking for ScanIQ, you are in the right place. StandProof is the new name for the exhibition lead capture app that used to be called ScanIQ. Nothing you bought has changed, nothing you captured has been lost, and there is nothing you need to do.

Why we changed the name

ScanIQ was a good name for a scanner, and a poor one for what exhibitors actually use it for. Exhibitors do not want another scanning tool; they want proof of what happened on the stand — who came by, how good they were, and what to do next. The app had already outgrown the name: it enriches a company from Companies House, scores each visitor against your ideal customer profile, and hands you a clean pipeline at the end of the show. StandProof says that plainly.

The old name also collided with a crowded category. There are document scanners, receipt scanners and enterprise data-capture platforms all trading under variations of ScanIQ, and being mistaken for any of them was costing us conversations with the exact people we built the app for: UK exhibitors who want their leads back without renting hardware.

What stayed the same

• The product. Photograph a visitor badge or a business card, and the fields are read, enriched and scored in seconds.
• The price. £149 for a single stand, £299 for a team of five, paid once per event with no per-lead fees.
• Your data. Every lead you capture is yours, exportable to CSV at any time.
• The team. The same people build and support it.

What changed

Was your stand affected?

No. An event you set up under the old name opens exactly as it did before, with its leads, notes, scores and team reps intact. If you signed in by email you will find the same stand waiting on the same address. If you signed in with a stand code, that code still works. CSV exports are unchanged, so anything you had scheduled or downloaded previously can be pulled again the same way.

The only visible difference is the name on the door, and the address in your browser. If you had saved a ScanIQ link to your team or your finance approver, send them the new one: it takes them to the same place.
